She is knowledgeable, clear, honest, timely and went above and beyond any expectation I had to source the exact door I wanted at the best price possible. Once door was selected, a thorough on-site visit confirmed dimensions. New aluminum capping and Door installation was professionally done. 5 starts for J&S. 100%.

I was worried the warranty would not be honored since some time had passed. I emailed Michelle and sent her photos. Garaga confirmed it was a manufacturing issue and they replaced the entire door. I’m so glad I went with J&S Garage Doors. I was happy to see Joseph install the replacement door. He goes the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. The door is looking great again.
